We collect information when you submit our contact form, email us, message us on WhatsApp, use our on-site chat assistant, or otherwise reach out. Our contact form prepares a message that you send through WhatsApp—we do not store form submissions on our own servers.

When you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to our servers and processed by Google’s Gemini API to generate replies. We do not store full chat transcripts on our own servers in the current version of the site; conversation history exists only in your browser session unless we add logging later (this policy would be updated).

We also receive limited usage data through Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, page views, referrers, and conversion events such as contact form submissions, chat opens, or WhatsApp button clicks). This helps us improve performance and content.

We use personal information to:

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential project, maintain business records, or meet legal requirements. Messages you send via WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own retention practices.
